Summertime Symphony Recipe: Grilled Vegetable Kabobs with Chardonnay

summer. Who said the grill is only for meat and fish. Treat your guest
to something they will remember. A Summertime Symphony: Grilled
Vegetable Kabobs with Chardonnay is an eye opener for your taste buds. Sit Back And Enjoy! Ingredients: 1 Red bell pepper - seeded and sliced 1 Yellow bell pepper - seeded and sliced 2 Onion - cut into thin wedges 2 Zucchini - cut into 1 inch slices 16 Cherry tomatoes 2 Yellow squash - cut into 1 inch slices 16 Fresh Mushroom 2-3 Glasses of Chardonnay Extra-virgin olive oil Borsari Citrus Seasoning Salt ( a must have for this delightful event ) also try with Pineapple chunks Directions: Wash vegetables and brush mushrooms clean and cut stems off. Thread vegetables onto 10-12 inch skewers leaving a cherry tomato at the end. Mix equal parts of olive oil and Chardonnay ( or just olive oil ) and brush over the vegetables. Then sprinkle vegetable kabobs with Borsari Citrus seasoning salt. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Help yourself to one glass of Chardonnay. Pre heat grill for about 10 minutes, on medium heat. Brush olive oil on grill grate and grill veggetables on an open flame for 6-10 minutes or until tender. Turn vegetable kabobs a few times to keep them from burning. Best: served when hot and with another glass of Chardonnay. Veggie Kabob Serving and Chardonnay Consumption may vary.
